Office Catering in Toronto's Entertainment District & King West

Fat Lulu's Pasta Bar is at 314 Richmond St W, in the middle of Toronto's Entertainment District and a short walk from the offices of King West. If you're the person who gets asked “so, what are we doing for lunch?”, our catering menu — Big Batch by Fat Lulu's Pasta — was built for you: shareable trays, simple per-person pricing and the same pastas we make every day.

Here's everything you need to know to plan an office lunch, using the real numbers from our catering menu.

What's in an office package?

Our office packages are $24 per person and give every guest a complete sharing lunch: pasta + appetizer + side salad + dessert. You choose the dishes; we portion the food for your team. Every package includes dinner plates, disposable cutlery, napkins and serving utensils, so there's nothing extra to organize.

Office packages come in four sizes. The more people, the more different dishes you get to choose:

The counts are the number of different dishes you may choose, shared across your team — not extra food. Portions are divided across your selections.

What you can choose

Classic pastas (any of these are included): Penne Arrabbiata, Penne Mama Rosa, Fettuccine Alfredo, Creamy Pesto Fettuccine, Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, Beef Bolognese and Spaghetti Carbonara.

Appetizers: Pull-Apart Garlic Bread, Jalapeño Cheese Balls, Mac & Cheese Bites or Country Fried Chicken Tenders.

Side salads: Caesar, House Garden, Caprese, Greek, Lemon Herb Slaw or Italian Pasta Salad. Dressings are packed separately.

Desserts: Double Fudge Brownie, Tiramisu, Cheesecake or the Assorted Dessert Selection.

How much food per person?

Each guest gets one pasta portion, one side salad and one dessert. The appetizer allowance is 2 bread pieces, 3 cheese balls or mac & cheese bites, or 2 chicken tenders per person.

Want seafood or extra protein?

You can switch a pasta selection to Prawn Spaghetti AOP for +$6 per portion or Velvet Lobster Penne for +$10 per portion. You can also add chicken (+$5), shrimp (+$6) or lobster (+$10) per pasta portion.

Bigger group or a celebration?

For team socials, launches and parties, our party packages are $26 per person for groups of 5 to 50. They add pull-apart garlic bread to the spread: pasta + garlic bread + appetizer + side salad + dessert. A 30-person party is $780 and a 50-person party is $1,300. Just need trays?

If you'd rather build your own spread, every dish is also available by the tray in servings for 5, 10, 15 or 20. For example, Penne Mama Rosa is $60 for 5 and $240 for 20, and a tray of Country Fried Chicken Tenders is $35 for 5. One pasta flavour per standalone order.

How to book an office lunch

Pick your package and team size.
Choose your pastas, appetizers, salads and desserts.
Send us a catering inquiry with your date, serving time, headcount and whether you want delivery or pickup. If your headcount falls between sizes, just tell us in the notes.
We'll reply to confirm your menu and final quote.
